A Five-Star Experience at Michael's Jewelers in Anchorage! I recently had the pleasure of working with Mindy and Dave at Michael's Jewelers in Anchorage, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From my very first visit, Mindy made me feel welcome and comfortable. Unlike other jewelry stores where I've felt pressured to make a purchase, the atmosphere here was relaxed and inviting. Mindy is incredibly knowledgeable and patiently walked me through various options, explaining the characteristics of different designs and settings without rushing me at all. Her genuine, no-pressure approach made the decision-making process a joy. When it came to the craftsmanship, Dave's work is truly exquisite. We finally settled on a purchase and the resulting custom opal ring is a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece that I will cherish forever. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the quality is outstanding—it is truly a work of art. Beyond the beautiful product, the customer service provided by this husband-and-wife team is exceptional. They are friendly, professional, and really go out of their way to ensure their customers are "over the moon happy" with their purchase. We looked all over for the perfect engagement ring. We really wanted a green stone. Mindi was awesome to work with and helped us design a custom ring with a green sapphire. We’re so happy with it! Would recommend working with them.

Mindi and Dave are exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of metals and fine jewelry, and their passion for their craft is evident the moment you walk through the door. We recently brought in a piece of platinum to confirm its authenticity before using it for a custom band. Dave not only took the time to verify the metal, but allowed us to watch the process. While doing this, he also took the time to explain the fascinating history of platinum. Mindi was equally wonderful to work with. She offered thoughtful guidance & expertise as we explored different wedding band styles, helping me find a design that felt meaningful for my fiancé. Mindi takes the time to learn your love story & reflect it in a beautiful piece of jewelry. Mindi & Dave’s willingness to share their knowledge made the whole experience both educational and enjoyable. I highly recommend them for any and all jewelry needs.

My dad wanted to surprise my mom with a new wedding ring for their 50th anniversary. My mom was a little hesitant/excited, but we made an appointment with Mindi. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Mindi really listened to my mom's wishes and showed her every option she desired. No rushing or pressure, answered every question, and explained every piece. Not only did they leave the same day with a gorgeous new wedding ring but the experience was magical. Highly recommend their store for heirloom quality jewelry and white glove service.

I love my ring from Michael’s! I’ve been taking it in for check ups for the last 7 years and Mindy and Dave have kept it sparkling like the day he bought it! They are so friendly and truly care about their clients. So many beautiful gems there and they know how to make a unique piece.

I had a pretty awful experience with another jeweler in town and have been hesitant to see another jeweler in person ever since, but Michael’s Jewelers changed that for me. My experience was nothing short of wonderful. I called to make an appointment and I was able to go in the following day. I was inquiring about redesigning my wedding and engagement rings, and Mindi helped me to authenticate my stones as well as plan out the redesign. The entire experience was personal, educational, and fun getting to try on the different styles and thicknesses of bands. I’m over the moon with how my rings turned out– Dave and Mindi created rings even better than what I had in my head. Their work is beautiful and you can tell that they truly love what they do. I can’t thank them enough, I’m definitely going to return one day to have my late mother’s ring redesigned as well. I recommend anyone looking for custom jewelry or engagement/wedding jewelry to make an appointment and stop in. Thank you, Mindi and Dave for everything!

Me and my husband have had the best experience at Micheal’s Jewlers. Mindy is so knowledgeable and was a huge help during the process of picking engagement and wedding rings. Everything there is stunning and beautifully designed. Dave did amazing craftsmen work. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. Their shop is so gorgeous and filled with incredible and unique pieces!
